Rob boasts over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. His extensive background encompasses troubleshooting complex issues and designing, configuring, and implementing customized solutions for diverse business needs. Rob thrives on helping clients understand and optimize technology, whether by enhancing existing systems or introducing innovative solutions. His expertise in server installation, operation, and configuration, combined with his natural aptitude for troubleshooting, ensures effective technology solutions that drive client success. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the great outdoors through camping, fishing, and traveling.
Mason Thompson
Marketing Specialist/Account Manager
Mason is our Marketing Specialist and Account Manager at Thompson Tech, with over 6.5 years of experience. His expertise spans IT Support, Customer Service, Graphic Design, and Copywriting, making him a versatile asset to our team. Outside of work, Mason enjoys photography, hiking, playing video games, and music, while cherishing time with his girlfriend and family.
